Get in touch
Four addresses, sorted by what you need. They all reach the same person, so pick whichever is closest and don't worry about getting it wrong.
General
Questions about the tools, the research, or anything else on this site.
Something is broken
A tool erroring, an account problem, or a billing question.
Working together
Collaborations, teaching use, or anything involving your students or members.
Press
Interviews and questions about the studies we publish.
There is no support team and no ticketing system, so no promise of a reply within some number of hours — just one person who reads everything and answers as soon as he reasonably can.
Or write from here
It goes to the same inbox as the first address above. Use whichever you prefer — there is no difference at the other end.
Two things worth writing in about
The author study
We need authors willing to judge blind AI edits of their own manuscripts. A 15-minute call, then about 45 minutes in your own time; your pages train nothing, and the result gets published either way.
A tool got it wrong
If the Dramaturg misreads a line or the Validator calls a step missing that you clearly wrote, that is worth an email. It is the most useful thing anyone sends.
